Build a Website

I have two projects for Freelancers; (A) PROJECT 1 TO COMPLETE 8 - 10 DAYS MAXIMUM Sample Website Screen shot would be added to post shortly. DURATION: 8 -10 DAYS I need a committed, diligent and not difficult to work with Freelancer to update our existing Real Estate Website which was developed 3 Years ago. We want all updates to bring the websites up to dates in line with this website example et.lamudi.com. The task to be done for the updates are as follows: UPDATE & MODIFICATIONS OF REAL ESTATE WEBSITE 1) Increase our Homepage as well as Inners search pages of our site to cover the full page size similar to [login to view URL] or our sister site [login to view URL] . 2) Option to Add more Countries from Back-end to be added. We can actually choose to Auto populate Countries from Back-end. Please lets discuss with option to go for. 3) Increase size of “default image” and also “View Larger Image” to similar size as images on [login to view URL] 4) On the Search Result page “[login to view URL]” do not let full header show on the page. See examples [login to view URL] or our sister site [login to view URL] 5) On the left side of Homepage we have 2 images of “Buy” and “Sell” we need to add a third which says “Rent” 6) Incorporate option to Register/Login via Facebook/Yahoo login etc and like us on FB, Twitter image and FB share to be placed above Video Tour on result page. 7) Find a way to Remove “N” which stands for the Nigeria Currency of Naira from “Add Property” form because we do not want the Nigerian currency to show up in the UK version or other countries version of the site. The other option we have to solve this problem is to make currency selection option available when users “Add Property” in a drop down according to country instead of the current 2 box options of “Nigerian Naira” and “USD” that we currently have. Going by this Logic, the Search Result will only show currency according to Country. Please advise best solution. 8) Mortgage Calculator seems to be working fine but we need to check the Logic of the Mortgage Calculator to see if its working correctly. If not we need to correct logic. Also, for Mortgage Calculator, we need to find a way to NOT display the Nigerian the Nigerian Currency to other countries customers 9) On our “Add Property” form, we need to change our dynamic (1) Facility & Feature to Indoor Features, (2) Extra Info to Outdoor Feature, (3) Property Features to Eco Features and (4) Extra Features to Other Features. Finally, admin should be able to prefix the features that show up of the form from CPanel. 10) In CPanel we need to have a search box with search criteria that allows us to search “Manage User” quickly similar to the type we have under “Manager Property” because currently there is no method of searching in Manage Users. 11) Whatever modification we make, where needed must be captured to the front-end for customers to see. 12) We have two types of users. (1) Landlord/Agents and (2) Buyers/Renters. This should be reflected in both front end and back end. 13) Automated Welcome email was sent to users previously once registered, Please correct. Also, once user account is activated, they get a second email telling them their account is activated. Thirdly, previously users can request forgotten password, please fix this. 14) Currently in CPanel, there are two types account of (1) Buyers and (2) Renters, This should be (1) Landlord/Agents and (2) Buyers/Renters. See point 12 Above. 15) Because of fraud and Spam automatically hide Advertisers Email in front-end and instead provide option to email a preset message to Advertisers. 16) Ensure all images and links are working (B) PROJECT 2 TO COMPLETE 4 TO 5 WEEKS This project is for a Freelancer to create a crisp, sharp and exciting new simple PHP HTML 5 with MySQL DB for our Training School.
