Add a members area to an existing website

We currently have a company website built using CMS/PHP that has three tabs. We are looking for a developer who will add a members area. This project must be completed within 3-5 days on a budget of $150. This members area will have: 1) A secure login page (includes a forgot password / change password) function. (As the admin, I need to be able to create/delete new users in the admin area using their email address which generates a new password). 2) Inside this members area, the admin will have the ability to add/remove three types of pages: Page type 1: Photos gallery that can be viewed by clicking photo title links that will automatically show the photo. Text as well. Page type 2: Shows a list of PDF documents which the admin can upload to this page. Every time the admin uploads a PDF document, they will have the option of allowing users to : a) Download the document b) View the document c) Download and/or view the document Page type 3: Is the view option of the PDF document from "Page type 2". The user will be able to change page numbers but they will NOT be able to download this PDF. Please note: In the admin area, the admin must be able to create and edit as many pages as they want of page type 1,2, and 3 for the user to view. This is NOT simply a case of three static pages. The existing website is currently hosted in Hostgater.com. You will be required to download this website, upload it to another domain for testing, then when this project is completed, you will be required to upload it to the original domain name. This website must be fully secure and you will be required to install an SSL certificate. This website must be viewable on all mobile devices, laptops, desktops, tablets, mobiles etc etc. Very important; to separate you from the spammers, please write “Leopard” as the first line of your bid. We will delete all bids that do not start with this word, since most bidders never read the requirements.
