I need you to: -Do all adjustments and security on control panel -Install all necessary Plugins, Components and Modules to have a News publishing website. -Add sample data and create the website equal with this template [login to view URL] -I buy the template and all required Plugins, Components and Modules -You Can update Joomla 2.5 to Joomla version 3 or reinstall it if necessary. You have to finish it ASAP. You must have good experience with Joomla. Both website will be in English, Arabic and Kurdish website. It mean left and right orientation.
