Build a Microsite for a Twitch feed

I would like a branded microsite with 2 windows running at all times: one permanent window for a host feed, and 6 other streaming options in tabs for viewing in the second window Twitch stream feed. The volume needs to be changeable in each so you can turn host/2nd stream up or down. There needs to be a master Twitch bot running on all 7 streams keeping track of how many viewers are watching all of them at a given second.
