Build a Photo Website using Bootstrap and PhotoSwipe

I am looking for someone to design a template for a relatively simple photo gallery website. The basis of the website should be constructed using the Bootstrap framework so that the website scales on either a desktop machine or a mobile device. ([login to view URL]) The main homepage would have a navigation bar at the top for different albums. Clicking on an album would show a drop down menu that would list individual galleries. The albums would also be displayed on the main page as images. Clicking on either the menu album button or the album image would go to a mother page that would list all of the galleries, the same ones that are visible in the drop down menu. The gallery page would show a grid of thumbnails for the photos in the gallery. They would be dynamically resizable based on the screen size of the device viewing them. ([login to view URL]) Clicking on an image would start a lightbox type slideshow using the PhotoSwipe framework. ([login to view URL]). There would also be a button/link on the main thumbnail page that would go to a separate page showing the locations of the photos all plotted on a map. Each photo would be represented by a pin on the map with its location being determined by the embedded GPS exit metadata. Clicking on it would bring up a small thumbnail of the corresponding photo. The map would be interactive so that the person can zoom in and out and pan around. Included is a zip file with a mockup showing how the site would look on the different devices. There is also a sample site that sort of resembles the way the GPS and map would function. The entire project needs to be setup so that it is easily modifiable. It needs to be very simple and documented how new images, galleries, and albums would be added in the future.
