Build a Recharge Website

i want a website designer design a Responsive Website with the facility of Mobile Recharge, DTH or providing other kind of services. · Website have the following panels: Admin Panel, Customer Care Panel, Master Distributor Panel, Distributor Panel, Retailer Panel or End User Panel. · Offer will be like: 100% Cash Back or some other sort of offer are only available for End User Panel. · Retailer have to take the minimum balance of Rs. 25,000. Rs. 25,000 (Balance + % Margin) will be credit in his/her wallet. · Distributor can provide the wallet balance to his/her retailers as minimum as he need. He have to take the minimum balance of Rs. 50,000/- · Master Distributor will the limitation (Maximum Distributor) creation option is available. He can only access to create the distributor. He have to take the load of minimum Rs. 1,00,000 (1 Lakh). · All the amount and the creation process will be work in the chain system. · Every Person can see the working of their subordinates (Like - No. of Distributor or Agents, their balance & their working like recharge or each & every activity) · Customer Care Panel have the access to take the query and resolve the issue. · CC Department only can get the request of recharge, solve the issue and revert back according to that. · Admin Panel - Have the full control panel to do each and every activity. · Admin Panel - He can create unlimited MD, DS, Retailers, CCD. He can active them, deactivate them, stop their working and so on. · I have to do the recharge manually, all the recharge request will be forwarded to me. These can be handled by CCD Panel or by the Admin Panel. · Virtual Balance will be available. All the Users are getting the Virtual Balance. It will be forwarded only from the Admin Panel & Only can be generated by the Admin. · When the Recharge is done, you can change the status of the query. Other Facility · Payment Gateway will be attached over it. · Event Shower which is blinking and linked with the offer Page. · You can generate the Promo Code with the validity time line. · Cash Back Offer for the End User. · Can Use Mulitple API (It will be used in the future) · Plan Chart - Operator Wise (I have to maintain it manually)
