Build a Website

I have 15 domains which are ready and registered to my hosting package, i now need a website for each of these domains. Firstly, i need a female solo musician website putting on a pre registered and hosted dot com address, the template must be free of any backlinks and be fully responsive and S.E.O [login to view URL] site must also work and be compatable on all mobile devices and tablets. The site needs to have upto date html5 + player and be able to host relevant videos too. It is ok to use wordpress themes as long as they are good looking and not tacky blatant free templates, these will not suffice.(also the fact that it is wp or joomla etc needs to be hidden from all aspects of the website) Ideally the site will have good editablity with at least 5 pages. My initial budget is pretty low,please bare this in mind, HOWEVER...i have over ten i require building before summer if possible, and im always buying new domains to apply ideas to, so there is plenty of ongoing work to the right bidder, with guaranteed ongoing work with my future projects.
