Hi. I need a simple web page which can take a screenshot or record video from webcam in web page and then which can upload it to server. It must be working in all browsers including mobile browsers. If it is yii webpage, it would be better. Please bid only if you have experience in webcam on web. Put "I am webcam expert" in your bid otherwise your bid will be ignored. thanks
