I've worked with Unity before, and although I've never converted legacy textures to PBR, I've written a physically based renderer in openGL in my spare time. Give me a shout, I'd love to give this a shot.

As I understood you need to convert textures from legacy (4.x v.) Bumped Specular (Diffuse texture with Alpha channel for Glossiness) To PBR Specular Setup. So if you want this conversion for static meshes and planning to use Unity 5.x Lightning Backing System your textures should not have backed ambient occlusion in diffuse. If you want me to make Specular/Smoothness or Metallic/Roughness textures just from Diffuse it will be different in price and time budget for your upcoming future project.
