Create simple animation for a presentation.

Powerpoint type presentation with ten slides. Very simple animation of a cow in all slides. Cow is a line drawing only, tail will flick every 10 seconds and mouth moving constantly (chewing cud) on a loop. Cow standing on outline of grass and lines representing water to the bottom right of page. Minimal text to come to left and right of cow with titles at top. Other minimal animations (i.e 'water' color changes from blue to grey/ grass grows) and two static illustrations (one man and a map behind cow- all just line drawings) are required for five slides, other five will just be the cow but with different text. Very simple animation for the purpose of presenting to investors. Want something slick and design led. Have very clear idea of direction wanted. Open to suggestions as to how it can be done- assume flash will be used, but open to gif [login to view URL] rough sketch attached (I am not a talented designer/illustrator- this is where you come in!) but will give you an idea of the simplicity of project.
