Create vector image of joker holding a microphone noose

The overall goal of this project is to create a vector image of a playing-card-type joker holding a microphone with a cord in the a shape of a noose. The image will be used on a t-shirt. Please take this image of a joker playing card (if necessary, you can find other versions with different resolutions on the internet): [login to view URL] Remove the red wand or stick in the joker's hand. In its place, add an image of a black microphone with a black attached cord. The cord must fall into the shape of a hangman's noose. It's okay if the noose dangles below the outline of the playing card. Finally, somewhere on the image, add the words: CHS Mock Trial 2009-2010 Use this font (or the substantial equivalent): [login to view URL] The resulting image must be vector art (e.g., .ai or .eps), not raster art, and not pixelated or jaggy. It must also be not more than four colors: black, white, red and yellow.
