It seems to be pretty basic, though instead of a bitmap picture, I would suggest a vectorized picture, which can be amplified without losing its resolution (and therefore you could use it for other needs in the future) - by the way, it can be saved as .JPEG too. I'm new here, but I am really capable of doing what you're looking for. Pick me, you won't be disappointed.
