Custom 3D Commercial Building Graphic Project

Freelers, I need a custom 3D building graphic created for my website. The graphic will need to be a 1 story commercial grocery building that has been cut in half to expose the inside of the building. The purpose of the graphic is to display my Company's commercial building energy services. Therefore, the graphic will need to partially expose the inside of the building. The below link, though residential, is a good metric for how we expect the final product to look (angle, interior feature detail & exposure, etc): [login to view URL] The completed building graphic will need to display the following: - HVAC equipment on the rooftop - Solar panels on the rooftop - Electrical equipment in the building (interior & exterior lighting) - Plumbing equipment in the building (bathroom with sink & toilets) - Refrigeration equipment (walk-in cooler with evap fan, reach in doors, etc.) - Limited parking lot elements (couple cars, drive way, etc) - Other various grocery store graphics (shelves, shoppers, workers, checkout stands, etc.) The graphic will be used on our landing page against a white background as an mouse-over interactive feature.
