I am an editor for a non-profit. We publish a biannual newsletter. I have designed the cover in MS Publisher 2010. I'm looking to improve upon its design. I have all the content ready and am looking for someone to create the template pages + layout so that all the content can be included. I am looking for it to have a more contemporary feel. All contents are provided by me and the project must be done in MS Publisher.
