Design a Website

I need basic set of web pages. VERY BASIC style, few colours (5 colts at most) and single image applied to each page. Standard menu bar across. that it for now I know the pages are very simple and not really content connected (Very much static) and so this is easy job the primary design and work is phase 2. very complex and many changes need to done today
