Develop a basic Application

Hello, I need a basic app for when selling. Attached you will see the basic layout with a sitemap on what the function needs to do. We would like to make easy to update with new information and customization for renaming things. It will almost be just like a folder structure but with big icons to click on instead of little names. There may already be an app out there we could adapt. please let me know. the app will need to play videos, open pdf and powerpoint presentations.
