Get a Website Built

I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. I require a portal to connect local events to participants. As a participant user: I should be able to search for nearby events, apply for them and receive confirmation email and sms when my application is accepted. -I should have a list of all events in my location. -I should be able to see details of an event when I select one. -I should be able to apply for the events and a confirmation should be received when the application is accepted/rejected. I would also like to have reminders about my upcoming events. I would also want to see my profile details, update profile details and have my event participation history. As a event management user: I should be able to add upcoming events on the portal. I should be able to monitor and manage the incoming applications and reject/approve them. I should be able to see/update my profile details. I should get notifications when a new person applies for my upcoming event. I should be able to send customized emails to participants for upcoming events. I should be able to see/update event details As an admin user: I should be able to accept/reject the registration of a new event organizer. I should be able to monitor and manage the list of all participants and event organizers from admin console. The website should be fast and light. I would expect a decent google speed insights score.
