I am looking to hire a GRAPHIC DESIGNER who has specializes in web layouts. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A CODER OR PROGRAMMER.. I have an existing web site and I want to have it redesigned. I have attached sketches of the layout I want. If you can follow instructions this will be a simple job. I am looking to hire right away so please make sure you can begin immediately. Once again. I am NOT looking for a coder/programmer. I am only interested in speaking with true graphic designers. My budget for this is $40 - IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT THIS BUDGET THEN DO NOT APPLY
