Create an Animation

A realistic animation is requested. When you open the home page, there should be an overlay of realistic rain, which at the bottom of the page would also “drip” on the surface (footer). Then, when there’s a click event, the rain animation should stop, and a sun should rise to the upper right corner and shine brightly, accompanied by a lighter sky and maybe some light clouds. Your job: Make these animations (rain, sun), as realistic as possible. You can deliver the animations as images and/or with the HTML/CSS/Javascript code. When you deliver code, we’d aim for browser support regarding IE8 and above.
