My business is restoring copper cookware. Customers SEND ME their pieces. I work on them and send them back. My present website was developed by me and is hosted by Homestead/Intuit. I want to implement a web store solution that: 1.) I can manage myself 2.) Links to my [login to view URL] account 3.) Can download sales contact info to my QuickBooks 4.) Will create a FEDEX shipping label that THE CUSTOMER WILL USE to send THEIR pieces TO ME. The cost of this shipment will go onto my FEDEX account. I do not want to call this shipment a "return" on my website. I do not want the customer to enter their contact information twice.
