App illustrations needed

Hello, I want to hire on an illustrator to illustrate 99 images for a mobile application. The images are all related to every day items; for example, computer, cell phone, fruit, etc. The images must be drawn in high quality as they will be used in an app that is usable on every size tablet and smartphone. This means the illustrations will be drawn large and can be scaled down. All illustrations must be delivered within photoshop. Furthermore, the illustrations should follow a style, and no illustrations should be outside of the agreed upon style. The purpose of this is to create unity within the app. The process will work like this. First, I will provide you with the names of the items that need to be illustrated. Then you will provide sketches of each one. This step does not include coloring. Then I will approve each one or say which ones need changes. Then once that is finished, we will discuss the coloring. When we agree on how to color the illustrations, then you will color the illustrations. Once you have colored them, I will examine the coloring and ask for changes if necessary. Once you are finished, you will provide the illustrations to me in psd format. Then I will pay you. As for pay, I am looking to pay 4 dollars per image. That would bring this to 400 dollars for the job. If the work is done correctly without major issues, I will pay a completion bonus of 50 to 100 dollars. This bonus is for you to work as a professional and provide me with the highest quality product you can complete. I will not provide any money until the job is complete. I have paid everyone who has worked for me on this website in full, so there is no issue for you not to get your pay. This job will not start for another 2 to 3 weeks. The job should take 4 weeks to complete. I need to do some finalizing on the images and the color scheme on the app before we start. If you are interested, please bid.
