I need to sell my website. It a fully functioning job website which receives 20k visits per month with a bounce rate of 11% - 14% - (image as proof) The site is a PR3, Alexa 838k, 1570 Google indexed pages and 10 Google backlinks. The site does make a little money selling ads and of course PPC with juicyads. I am asking $1000 US for the site and blog. Comes with a twitter account, Google plus, email [login to view URL] sell the site for $1000 for me and I will pay you $200. I think $1000 is quite low for this site so it should sell quickly.
