Adsense site earning $20 USD / day needed

I have 4 domains each dedicated to storage and self-storage. I need each one of these to earn a minimum of $20 USD / day through Adsense and am looking for someone with proven experience to do this. You MUST have portfolio sites to show me and you MUST follow Google's TOU. I will pay 50% of your fees on delivery and 50% after the first successful Adsense payment to me. As an additional sweetener, I'll give you 15% of the first 3 months' Adsense revenues - so if it makes $20 / day for 3 months, I'll give you 90 * $20 * .15 = $270 *in addition* to your service feeds for this project. I'll be awarding 1 web site at a time to up to 4 multiple bidders. Please bid on your entire cost to create and implement 1 site. Also please tell me in a PM how you can be successful at this.
