Build me a Google Adsense Website - $5 per day

I want a Google Adsense earning website. At least making $5 per day. This should be white hat marketing. The traffic must comply with Google policies. I realize this kind of job will attract a lot of scammers. I will monitor the traffic very carefully to make sure it is legitimate. I may even go so far as to wait until Google sends me the first check before I release the milestone (just to make sure there are no forced clicks or automated clicks that will get me banned).
