Custom adsense site required with $25-$35/per day profit

I need you to create a wordpress-based Adsense site that must generate AT LEAST $25 -$35 USD per day. I will purchase the domain name and supply the hosting (and initial installation of Wordpress, unless you suggest otherwise). However, the domain name should be suggested by you and should relate to the content of the website. You will be responsible for writing the unique SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. Website should be developed using the latest version of Wordpress with the latest seo plugins or any other useful plugins. Project and Website MUST adhere to the following: • Provide overview plan before starting the project • Content must be unique with at least 50 unique posts/articles • Articles must be in proper English and must be Copyscape clean • Any niche is ok (though must be approved by me first), except for Adult, Pharma, Violence, Gambling... • Site/content must adhere 100% to Adsense terms of service • Must contain related images to niche topic • Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads • No Autoblogs • Must Be Adsense optimized • Must have Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense to track the history • Visitors must come from unique organic traffic sources – Traffic driven MUST BE 100% white hat, real people, no bots or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat etc I will provide adsense/analytics ID I will provide you with ftp access. Any other items required (sql database, etc...) will be done by me and you will be given the dbase password). I can also create cron jobs, etc... Once you provide me with the URL name, I will purchase it and add it to the webhosting Payment terms and bonuses: Payment will be made only after site is completed and generating income. * 50% of final bid price to be paid once daily income reaches $15/day for a 7 straight days * Another 25% once income is $20/day for 7 straight days * The final 25% once income is at least $25/day for 14 straight days * A 25% bonus to the final bid price will be paid if income reaches $50/day for 7 straight days (this must occur at least 30 days after the project is initially completed). * Another 25% bonus will be paid if the site continues to earn at least $25/day, every day, 6 months after completion.
