Building Traffic and Sales for Women's Clothing Store

We own a small online clothing store that needs some attention to our organic traffic as well as our sales. We sell strictly women's clothing. Our conversion rate is about 1% or a little less. I'm really hoping someone can step in and give us a little boost in sales and traffic. I need someone who can get results in 30 days and not someone who makes me wait 90 or more days. I would love to have someone get our name out on high traffic blogs or who has advertising space on high traffic blogs/sites that is someone related to fashion. Please contact me with your ideas.
