Troubleshooting OS issues (VMware, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, FreeBSD, Windows Server 2008 (all), troubleshooting hardware issues, working in virtualisation environment (VMware, Citrix Cloudstack) - including virtual machines issues and platform basic problems, resloving incidents under time pressure, troubleshooting control panel issues (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin), upgrading and replacing servers and server parts, if requested reconfiguring mysql and apache, placing and replacing APC's and switches (HP, Cisco, Juniper), placing and replacing firewalls (Cisco), providing KVM's (ILO, iDRAC and KVM cards - special type for SuperMicro servers), placing temporary SpiderKVM's, monitorin and reacting in RT, spoken (telephone) and written (e-mail's) communication with customers in buisnes corporate style, updating administration in internal systems. Shift based work time, ticket prio, SLA services. provisioning new servers, installing different OS's - VMware, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, FreeBSD, Windows Server 2008: Web, Standard, Datacenter, Enterprise in 32 and 64 bit versions, troubleshooting hardware issues, installing control panels (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin)
