I need an application written in Java to control the rental of storage space. Software needs to have the following features: 1. Map of storage units. Units on the map in different colours; red when occupied, green when free, flashing when overdue for rent. 2. Customer database with invoicing and history of payments 3. Scheduling of rent due 4. Printing of the invoices and reminders 5. Possible other small additions
