CONDOMINIUM FEES PAYMENT SYSTEM -- 2

You are required to develop a condominium management fees payment system for a condominium management office. The main purpose of this system is to simulate a condominium management fees payment system for a condominium with 2 blocks, each block with 10 floors, each floor with 5 units, and each unit will be charged $200 per month. The staff of the condominium management office must sign in to charge the residents and help the residents to make payment. Besides, the residents are allowed to sign in to check their outstanding balance. The following characteristics are important to be included in your system: • The system will ask the users to choose whether they are staff or residents. o Staff -  must sign in to use the system  can modify residents’ profiles  can charge residents  can make payments and issue receipts for customers o Residents must sign in to check their outstanding balance. • The system should be running continuously until an exit command is issued. • All details must be saved in files – Java text files. The program submitted should compile and be executed without errors. Besides, validation should be done for each entry from the users in order to avoid logical errors. Rules 1. Must use NetBeans 8.1 2. User input validation must be done properly! 3. The program submitted should compile and be executed without errors. 4. Fully GUI (partly dialog is acceptable) 5. Fully TEXT File IO (databases and binary files are not acceptable) • Continuously run until exit command is issue. • Two types of users: o Staff (created)  must sign in to use the system  can modify residents’ profiles (created with unit, name, email, phone, balance)  can charge residents  can make payments and issue receipts (text file) for customers o Residents must sign in to check their outstanding balance. • All records must be saved in text files (retrievable – read from text files) * EXTRA • Functionality o Early payment discount o Membership • Technical PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR MY OWN PROJECT, BASICALLY AN INTERFACE THAT CAN DO ALL THE FEATURES STATED ABOVE, IT WONT BE APPLIED IN REAL LIFE. THIS HAS TO BE DONE WITHIN 1-3 todays, starting from 4 July.
