I'm very happy to see plugin requests on here! My name is Tom, I've been hosting minecraft servers since may of 2012, and coding bukkit plugins since July 2012. I would love to code these plugins for you. To give you an idea of where i'm at coding wise - I've created a few economy plugins, plugins similar to Essentials and Worldguard/Worldedit, not to mention hundreds of smaller scale plugins.
