The following program needs to be altered so that:
-the user can input as many items as he wishes in menu options, not just six (textfields).
-optimize method insertData so that it does not have that many lines of code.
-the user is alerted once the document is saved
-instead of text input for images, there should be an open file option (JFileChooser)
-add the option so that the user can choose color of the menu and footer
