Color Wheel Picker widget needed with preview using javascript

Looking for someone who can create a color wheel picker widget that also has a real time preview of the color changing (tab). Create something similar to the following as an example: [login to view URL] See the "Colored Widget" 1. You may use open source or can make your own color wheel picker widget. Easy UI pop-up on click with the HEX code fill in the blank is needed. Notify ahead which colorwheel picker design will be used. Simpler the better like the one in above example url. 2. It must change/fill the color of the button and the counter number separately. See above url for example of how it should work. 3. Should be HTML5 compatible.
