Customize Flash Image Scroller

I need someone to edit this Flash script and get it working for me. [login to view URL] The thumbnails I will be using are 109x142 and will load with an XML file. I will give you the thumbnails and you will give me functional script and XML file that I can simply paste into my HTML code and update the source of the files. I want 5 full thumbnails to display, with another 12 not visible. I don't want any space in-between or above/below the thumbnails. Colours for the buttons are: white arrows - green (#99cc66) background/rectangle. If the user doesn't have JavaScript and Flash installed/enabled I will need the thumbnails to display in rows of 5, again with no space above/below or in-between. Please only bid if you know how to do this. I am looking to hire immediately and will need this done within 24 hours. Thanks
