Create custom Members/Administration area, and Freshbook API

We're a design company which is in need of help to complete a rather large project. We have a lot of our designers out for the Holiday and are in desperate need of replacement designers. You MUST know what you're doing. This project is ALL custom and is NOT a task for someone that knows there way around CakePHP, but knows PHP inside out, and can write custom CakePHP from scratch! We need a custom Member's area, Administration area (to manage the member's area), and Freshbooks API work tied into these areas. This project REQUIRES a SKILLED CakePHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and jQuery coder. Again you MUST be able to custom write CakePHP, MUST know how to tie into MySQL, and Freshbooks API(s). Link to Freshbooks for designers: [login to view URL] There will be two design companies working on this project, so your work MUST be up to standards, secure, and PCI compliant, as you will have our client's design team looking over your work as it is being done. You MUST have the following skills: HTML, XHTML, CakePHP, CSS, jQuery, JS, VB Script, XML, and know how to write API You also MUST have Dreamweaver and Photoshop in CS3 or CS4. The project MUST be completed in 10 days or you WILL NOT be paid, because we'll have to hire another designer to do the work!! Now, this will be an on going project, if you do well, we're hire you for other work as we're ALWAYS in need of good designers. This project is going to be done in phases, this is only the first phase, the next phase will be tieing in FusionCharts into this site to pull the customer's data from MySQL and display it in a chart. This phase or project which I have listed above is capped at $2,000, so anyone bidding over $2,000 will not even be considered!! You MUST be within the USA and willing to sign Sub-Contractor agreement, and a NDA. Our client is going to pay our company in two installments, first will be half to start the project and (IF on schedule and the work is acceptable) the remainder 5 days later.. Again this MUST be completed in 10 days total!! You MUST AGREE to allow us to only put half your accepted bid into escrow, then if you're on schedule in 5 days and the client is happy with the work, that half will be released, and the remainder will be put in escrow to finish the project. If you do well on this project above, we'll keep you on for the remainder of the project which is going to be the up most of $5-6,000. Our client wishes this to be launched by Jan.1st 2011..
