Creative pure HTML/CSS Web Designer/Graphic Artist

We are looking for a web designer to assist our php programmer in creating visually attractive GUI solution for our multiuser custom coded online design tool. The candidate will work by email and skype in direct contact with our developer. This could turn into a long term relationship as many of our clients will need simlar design services and you will be the preferred provider. The project will need to be completed by mid days of February 2012. Till then you will need to be available on Skype for at least 6 hours a week, to be planned with our developer. Preferred working time will be 7pm - 11pm EST PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS This project will be composed by 2 main parts: 1) Web Design - restyling of the project's main site 2) Icons creation - We will provide 2 sites which contain all the elements. you will have to use those as bases to create new looks for others who use this same tool. IMPORTANT NOTE we need a really good job. You must prove us you're excellent with web design, HTML and CSS. If you are not a true web creator but you use frameworks/templates to create your websites, this bid is not for you Required skills: - creativity and strong desire of learning new things - Layout planning (very good level) - web graphics and icons (very good level) - CSS 2/3 (very good level) - HTML 4/5 (medium level) Optional skills: - Javascript - PHP5 and familiarity in using XML based APIs - Vector graphics for printing (CorelDraw, Illustrator, etc...) - technical knowledge of PHP based ecommerce systems like Magento and Joomla
