CO2 and Tropical Trees Web Template

We are tropical tree planters in Latin America who need a really good marketing web site to sell carbon credits to the public. We have attached a .pdf of what we want, which is a template for main page and secondary pages that are attractive and easy to edit. We will do the content, but we do need a unique template. Help us fight global warming with an awesome design.
