Hi I am new here on Freelancer but with 10 years of post graduate experience in the IT industry and software and website development. As is common when starting out on a new platform gaining trust from employers is more important than income at this stage. I would therefore complete small jobs at a greatly reduced rate, or even for free in order to build up my reputation first. I do not have experience with ArcGis but have a lot of experience in Javascript and other API's. I am not 100% sure what you mean by "You should improve the Standard Editing tools" - is this an existing web platform containing some editing tools that needs to be enhanced?
