Basic Website for product training

I need a website that I can use for training salesmen about my products. I haven’t’ developed the training materials yet, so I can work within the parameters of the software. In an ideal world here’s what would happen: Go to a branded site, I would like for this to look similar to my existing site. Will have it’s own URL Register Pick a class (I'll start with 5-7 classes and add more) self-paced Classes will be made up of “chapters” that would be 5-10 "slides" of text, pictures, Powerpoint slides, PDFs and links to other sites, laterI'd like to add short video and audio, maybe some flash or animation –limited type stuff. Most of this will be from powerpoint slides so you get the idea. I want it to look like a slide show and watch the content on line and not as a bunch of downloads. Short test at end comprised of T/F; Multiple Choice; Ranking the following in order of importance; Short essay/sentence. Maybe an image where the text says “Click on the “condenser coil” and several areas are tagged so they won’t just look for the hand to appear I’d like a bank of lots of questions that would be called on randomly to create a test of 10 questions. It would be cool if they missed a question it might say “Sorry please review chapter 3” The testing format is very flexible as I can work with what ever I have, if it keeps the cost down and keeps it easy for me to work on. Reporting to administrator about who has taken what class, what their score was, and what questions they missed. Reporting for what classes they have taken and what classes they need to take I need to be able to update this and create new classes with a simple administration system. I'm not a programmer so it needs to be simple. I'm open to an open source option such as joomla or efront, but the interface is so ugly on most of the training modules and I want the pages to be very clean and simple.
