So, you need the rate read from uploaded file, not hard-coded on mysql database?

I have 6 asterisk servers up and running from which 3 is based on Elastix distribuition. The Elastix comes with various install scripts/modules like A2bill callcenter etc. As backend database it uses mysql and sqlite.
