Hello On our server we have a somewhat unusual configuration (seems to me). Because of which, after some server updates our websites are unreachable. The problem can best be described by this error when restarting server through SSH: Starting httpd: [Sun Dec 07 03:30:54 2014] [warn] module rpaf_module is already loaded, skipping (99)Cannot assign requested address: make_sock: could not bind to address [login to view URL] no listening sockets available, shutting down [login to view URL] is our second ip which our sites are linked to in Plesk. Please reply if you have enough experience to solve this quickly and can start right away. Payment is 50$, in past this problem was solved in 5 minutes by my programmer.
