artist needed for website theme mockup

need a mockup design done to replace currents site current: [login to view URL] this site is using this template :[login to view URL] here is the previous version of the site : [login to view URL] the current site is the right size and shape, but is lacking style we will be changing the images, but that is not part of the bid this mockup needs a real artist to make it look professional i want any large organization to be able to look at it and be impressed please work with the template, keep it minimalistic, but make tolerable to look at bid is for psd mockup please included examples of previous work
