Banner/Header needed for website

I need an experienced graphic designer to create a banner for me which will go at the top of my website. It must show the name of my website "[login to view URL]" and be 150 pixels in height, the width can be up to 600 pixels. It will go at the top of [login to view URL] so plz use similar colourscheme to the rest of the website. It must be very artistic and creative and show an asian style as the website is aimed at asians, i.e. people from the indian subcontinent. The website will be a community website for desi's living in the uk. It will be quite sexy but also maintain the asian look and feel so the banner must also show this. Maybe with henna writing or patterns, etc. i will leave with u to create. Plz provide your samples of work with watermarks so i can see. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
