Add "coming soon" to my menu drop downs

Very easy project. If you go to [login to view URL], you will see that the accessories part of the menu has a drop down box. I would like all of the menu options except eliquid to have a drop down that says "coming soon". It's something I need to do for my payment processing company and I don't really have too much time for it.
