Im looking for a freelancer who is able to fix this issue: First of all, my client would like to see the speed of his website, so the first step is switch the store to production mode. After that, there is an issue with the shop. In the backend the Matrix Table rates is enabled. The csv file is successfully imported, but in the frontend it doesn't works.
