This project must cover incisive and comparative analysis of your competitor(s) business details from organizational structure/set-up, products (old & new), manufacturing/process flow, machines employed, packing, product costing, unit selling price, sales promotions, credit terms, delivery mode, after sales services, sales force, current information system (if available), among others.
The resultant analysis must come out with corresponding effective/doable measures and/or recommendations to resolve the identified business deviations (weak points) and internal aberrations (areas for improvements).
