Pic 04 and 05 are the one you want to install ? 2. The control panel you have show is the sample one or you want to build entirely new one ( from electrical point of view) ? I have experience in working in ESSAR STEEL plant for around 18 years dealing with control circuits with contactors. I have also dealt with Crane circuits with contactor logic circuits. Additionally I have dealt with Plc's interfaced with contactors in the MCC(Motor control Centers). The whole plant is run by PLC system interfaced with contactor logics for running of motors for various equipments. I have worked with Consultants: m/s VA Germany for HBI Plant, m/s GE USA for HSM Plant, m/s Beris, China for Blast Furnace. So I would be able to give you all the international safety aspects built into the design. Regarding your project I will be providing you with Electrical control and power circuit diagram schematics with bill of material. Design of the panel and cable sizing is not included in my scope. The time schedule starts after all the details have been submitted or clarified. The circuit would require more components such as MCB,contactors, Fuses, overload relays. You have not mentioned the safety aspects of the equipments. Emergency stop is for which equipment. You have to provide the details or your preferences of makes and manufacturer. The KW rating of the motor has to provided. Timer details are not given.

Iam chaitanya, working as instrumentation engineer for the past 3 years in a process industry worked in designing and commissioning of heating cells for our industry, i am sure i can do this with out wasting your time. within the time frame. if you tell me purpose of timer i can automate your task even more also for you, like auto cut off of pump etc.
