Regards My name is Pablo Castro. See bellow my schedule plan to complete this project (assuming that this is only a 2 floors bank office) : day 1: first contact with client, questions, cooling load calculation. day 2 and 3: first system sketch for approval (includes equipments selected and location, duct and pipe paths, grilles type and location) day 4 and 5: dimensioning of ducts, pipes, grilles, schedules, etc day 6 and 7: making of plans. day 8: first presentation and review day 9: corrections day 10: final delivery.

Please, note that I need more details for the type of HVAC system (central chiller with FCU, VRF system) since I have noticed that space above false ceiling is 20cm which is not enough for air duct works.

I have 4 years of construction experience as a mechanical engineer specializing in HVAC, FF and plumbing in both: design and drawing using AutoCad 2D and site experience. I always keep relevant codes and standards in consideration. I have also working experience using Revit MEP from 2012 and I have a certificate from Autodesk so you can call me a professional in the program. Currently work in Saudi Bin Ladin Group (Cairo office) with King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center project Revit model, coordination and shop drawing.
