Develop EA for MT4

Hi, I would like to engage you to code a simple EA of SMAs alignment. EAs Rules : 1. 5 x SMA (close prices) 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 2. OPEN LONG : when SMA 10 is above 20, SMA 20 is above 50, SMA 50 is above 100 and SMA 100 is above 200 3. CLOSE LONG when any SMA cross below another SMA. 4. OPEN SHORT : when SMA 10 is below 20, SMA 20 below 50, SMA 50 below 100 and SMA 100 below 200. 5. CLOSE SHORT when and SMA crosses above another SMA. Note that the trigger need not be always SMA 10 cross 20. It could be 20 cross 50 or 50 cross 100 etc NO need MM, money management Just option to input Lot size. NO need Tread Settings. e.g. Stop loss, take profit etc Just a simple and clean EA, Option to select Time frame for EA trade. Please see attached PDF for more info. Can help provide a quote. Thanks!
