This will be a widget that runs in the background and sends your location to a server. The server will then take your location and parse a file to see if you are in a given area. If you are in a area that is under a severe weather warning the server will send a alert to your phone with the warning text. I need a skilled programmer to build both the widget and the Server side programs.
