Android Survey for Tablet

The application is a simple survey that must be fullfilled by a person in an Android Tablet. - There will be N questions to answer. - There will be a text file with the list of all questions. - Each line in the file will contain one question of the survey. - There will be three types of questions: 1.- Input Text 2.- Check Box 3.- Grouped checkbox 1.- INPUT TEXT: simply a label asking for some entry text. e.g. NAME: .... 2.- Chaeck Box: Questions like: "ARE YOU PREGNANT" and a checkbox to check or not to check 3.- Grouped textbox: Questions that share a common title, like: "Have you done one of these sports ??" - Biking - Climbing - Kayaking. The common text will be showed in each of the questions. Each of those questions must be done in a new window, in the same order than listed in the text file. the checkbox questions and the grouped question must be able to have a "Others" option or a "Specify" option, In that case a Text box must be available to enter the text specifiyng somthing. like: "Have you done one of these sports ??" - Biking - Climbing - Kayaking. - Other : ............................ Finally there must be a graphic zone to write a signature with some pen. With a text that will be in the last line of the textfile. Each screen must have on the top, a logo, and a formated text. All, except the first question should be possible to come back and change the answer.
